1. The service

VidBin lets you curate videos into shareable boards. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). One person, one account.

3. Acceptable use

Add only videos you are allowed to share, and keep avatars and board content lawful. No spam, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may edit, reject, or remove content and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You retain any rights you hold in your boards and uploaded avatar, and you confirm you have the right to post them. You grant VidBin a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and moderating the service.

5. Third-party content

Videos are hosted and served by third-party platforms and are subject to those platforms' terms and policies. VidBin does not control, endorse, or guarantee that content and is not responsible for it.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or expose the service to legal risk. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

7. No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
